  1. This a very interesting article. Thanks for sharing. The doctor does not mention that cow’s milk has four times the amount of protein as human milk. I can’t imagine that can be healthy for us. The calcium in cow’s milk is not readily absorbed by the human body and there are plenty of calcium rich plants out there to satisfy our nutritional needs. So glad to hear that cow’s milk consumption is declining-for all the dairy cows and their offspring.
